How to cook
Cut the washed potatoes into portions. Wash them under running water and drain them in a colander. Put them in a deep pot with a well-fitting lid. Pour in oil to the bottom and fry the mince until it gains some color.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the mince and drain the grease. In the same oil, stew the potatoes under a lid with a little water. Then add all the spices and finely chopped onion, garlic and chili peppers.
Mix everything well, and once the water begins to evaporate, return the mince to the rest of the products and continue to stew.
Add salt to taste. The dish should have mostly oil left. When serving, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
