Ingredients

  • butter - 1 cup (220 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup (220 g)
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • eggs - 5
  • marmalade - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

How to cook

Beat the butter and sugar into cream. Add the egg yolks one by one. Separately, beat the egg whites into foam. With the flour, add them to the other mixture.

Stir gently. Bake the resulting mixture in a tray in an even layer. Once ready, divide it into two parts after it cools. In the middle, smear with marmalade and cut it into pieces.
