How to cook
In a large bowl, pour the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt and mix the products gently.
Pour enough oil or olive oil into the pot so that the donuts are dipped at least halfway.
Once the oil is well heated, shape walnut-sized balls.
Fry them on low heat until they aquire a golden color on both sides.
Serve them on a plate sprinkled with powdered sugar and vanilla.
