Ingredients

  • yufka - 1 pack homemade
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • eggs - 5
  • sugar - 1 ½ cup
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • vanilla
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling
  • oil - for the tray

How to cook

Pour the homemade yufka in an oiled tray and then spread them out, then distribute the butter evenly on top. Put it to bake in the oven until the butter melts and the yufka is lightly browned.

Beat the eggs with sugar, milk and vanilla. Top the baked yufka with this mixture put it to cook over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes.

Once the dairy pie with yufka is done, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
