How to cook
The mushrooms are washed well. The stumps are separated. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining products - cream cheese, sour cream and chopped leeks.
Fill the mushrooms with the resulting mixture and arrange them in a baking pan. Put the stumps between them so that they can be baked as well.
Drizzle them lightly with olive oil and put them in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees). Bake the mushrooms until they are ready.
