Ingredients

  • ham - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • anchovies - 3 anchovy fillets
  • white bread - 1 and 1/2 slices
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • black pepper
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.

How to cook

Hard boil 4 of the eggs. Allow them to cool and peel them.

In a deep bowl, mix the finely chopped anchovies, the ham (which you have chopped in a blender). Stir and add the soaked and well-squeezed bread, the raw egg and spices according to your taste.

Roll each of the eggs in the ham mixture and fry them until they're done in hot oil.

You can serve them cut in half on toast or with a salad.
