How to cook
Heat a little oil in a pan and put the chopped pieces of chicken to be braised. Season to taste with spices and cook them until the meat is tender. Remove the meat and in the same pan, make spicy croutons.
Cut the bread into small cubes and cover them in salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and basil and put them in a hot skillet. Close and shake to season and braise them evenly. In a large bowl, shred the lettuce into pieces, add the chicken and croutons.
Add a little olive oil and vinegar and a little dressing.
