How to cook
The meat is cut into small cubes.
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it in oil. Add the meat.
Fry it, while stirring occasionally.
The onions are finely chopped and the mushrooms are cut into slices.
Add the onions and fry the dish over medium heat under a lid.
In the meantime, cut the pre-washed potatoes, but don't peel them.
Cut them into quarters and add them to the meat with onions. Everything is fried, while stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry the dish for another 20 minutes. Serve them warm, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
