How to cook
Grate the onion and garlic into a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, thyme, black pepper and cumin.
Pour this mixture over the steaks and leave them for 2-3 hours.
Then the steaks are taken out of the marinade, arranged on the oven grill.
A tray lined with foil is placed under it, so that the juice from the steaks can drain onto it.
Bake them at 392°F (200 degrees).
Once one side is ready turn them to the other side.
