How to cook
If you're using fresh cauliflower, first blanch it in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes until it softens.
I used sterilized cauliflower from a jar - 1 jar is enough. Strain it from the excess water first.
In a bowl put the cauliflower pieces, mayonnaise, yogurt and garlic cloves. Blend everything well into a smooth consistency.
Serve it with toast!
Note: Sterilized cauliflower is salty, so be careful with the amount of salt you add.
