How to cook
Scoop balls of the ice cream and put them in the freezer for an hour. Grind the cereal in a blender, then add coconut flakes and sugar. Beat 1 egg with the milk and dissolve the starch in it.
Roll the balls of vanilla ice cream first in the egg mixture, then in the dry mixture and return them to the freezer for another hour. Beat the other egg, roll the ice cream in it again, then put it in highly preheated oil for a few seconds.
