How to cook
The peppers are washed well, then roasted. Do not roast them fully, because this makes them harder to peel. When the peppers are ready and have slightly cooled, peel them and leave them in a colander so that the water can drain, so that they do not make a popping noise when cooked in the pan.
Meanwhile, prepare the breading. Put the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder and salt in a deep dish and mix them well.
Mix the eggs separately in another bowl, but mix them well so that there is no whole egg white.
Then heat the fat in a pan.
And the frying follows. Grab a roasted pepper, roll it nicely in flour, then dip it in the eggs and throw it in the pan.
Do not fry it for a long time, only until the eggs are fried and be careful not to burn it. That is it!
