  • chicken livers - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • fresh garlic - 2 - 3 feathers
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - for rolling
  • vegetable seasoning - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1/2 tbsp.
  • parsley - for decoration

How to cook

Wash the chicken livers well.

Put oil in a baking pan and add the sliced ​​onions and finely chopped garlic feathers.

Put the flour and vegetable seasoning in a bowl and mix them well.

Roll the chicken livers in it and arrange them onto the onions and garlic.

Drizzle them with olive oil and pour 1/2 cup of water.

Place them in the oven and bake them until they're done.

When serving, sprinkle them with finely chopped parsley.
