How to cook
In a bowl sift 2 cups of flour, add salt, baking powder, yogurt and oil, mix everything until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the remaining flour in stages and knead a very soft and elastic dough.
Let the dough rest while you prepare the filling. Mix the grated white cheese and egg and mix them into a smooth mixture.
From the dough form 10 balls, roll out each ball on a thin sheet and add 1 tsp. with a tip of the filling, pinch the edges of the sheet and once again form them into balls.
Arrange them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Beat the egg with the yoghurt and oil, spread the mixture generously on the bread buns and sprinkle them with the seeds you have chosen.
Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 degree) and bake the stuffed bread buns for about 20-25 minutes until they aquire a golden brown color.
