Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • peppers - 17.5 oz (500 g) of red and green
  • eggplants - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • tomatoes - 4 - 5, peeled and diced
  • salt
  • paprika
  • parsley
  • feta cheese
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • oil
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to cook

Fry the onion until golden, add the potatoes that have been cut into coarse cubes, then the eggplants - also cut into coarse cubes.

After this, add the peppers, coarsely chopped. Add the flour and spices and finally, the tomatoes. Put it all in a clay pot and add a little water.

When it's ready, crumble the feta cheese. Enjoy your meal.
