  • pork - 28 oz (800 g) boneless
  • pickles - 4 - 5
  • processed cheese - 3 - 4 triangles
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g), canned
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper


Cut the pork in pieces and season it with salt, pepper and optionally, a little paprika. Put them in a little oil in a glass cook pot with a lid and put it in the oven to stew and bake until ready.

Whip the cream with a mixer and then mix it with the chopped pickles and drained mushrooms. Add the spices to the sauce and pour it over the baked meat. Distribute the sliced processed cheese on top.
