- garlic - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
- vinegar - 4 1/5 cups (1 l)
Scald the young garlic with boiling water, but be careful not to soften it.
Drain and arrange it in jars and add the vinegar and salt to taste.
The jars are sealed and kept in a cool place.
