Ingredients

  • hake - 6 pieces
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • paprika - 2 tsp sweet
  • garlic - 1/2 tsp powdered
  • salt - to taste
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons, or use flour

Preparation

Take the cleaned and cut fish and then roll it in a mixture of all the spices and breadcrumbs (flour).

Heat oil in a pan, roll each piece of hake and let it fry. Drain the fish on a cooking grid with a paper towel underneath.
