Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onions - 4 sprigs
  • parsley - 3 tablespoons
  • cream cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml), or cream
  • eggs - 4
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

Coat a square or rectangular pan with butter. Roll out the puff pastry, press it to the bottom of the pan and cut off the excess. Put the cropped pastry in the tray and prick it with a fork. Lightly spread it to the walls, because during cooking, it will shrink.

Bake for 15 minutes at 360°F (180 °C). In hot oil, fry the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes, remove them from the heat and add the bacon, onion and parsley (all products finely chopped). Season with salt and pepper and cool it.

The eggs are beaten with the cheese and milk or cream to a smooth paste and added to the mushroom mixture. Pour everything on the baked crust.

Bake for 25 min at 390°F (200 °C), until lightly browned. Cool in the pan and cut it into triangles.
