How to cook
An easy and very tasty cheesecake.
In a blender finely grind the biscuits and add the melted butter to them.
Mix them well and in a cake form, press them down well to make a base.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, sour cream and powdered sugar.
Pour the cream you just made over the biscuit base.
Leave it to cool in the refrigerator, then spread the blueberry jam on top.
Leave it to cool for a few hours and then the cheesecake with blueberries is ready to eat.
