Peel the potatoes, cut them into round slices and put them to boil in salted water. Let them get half cooked and drain them from the water. Transfer them to a large buttered pan.
Cut the peppers into strips, the processed cheese into wheels and the pieces of ham, bacon, sausages and smoked pork loin into pieces. Add everything to the potatoes and gently mix.
Flavor with salt, pepper and savory to taste and pour the cream over it. Put it to bake in a moderate oven until browned. Remove the potatoes and grate cheese on them. Return it to the oven and bake until the cheese gets an appetizing sugary tan.
