How to cook
Wash and dry the pork. Season it nicely with salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce products and beat them well with a whisk, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Arrange the meat in a fireproof tray (according to the size of the meat).
Pour the pork marinade over the meat and roll it nicely in the sauce. Cover it with foil.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 482°F (250°C) for about 30 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 392°F (200°C) and bake them for about 60 minutes.
