How to cook
From the activated yeast in the water, sugar and 3 tbsp. flour is kneaded a dough along with the other products for it.
Cover the dough with a towel and sprinkle it lightly with flour on top.
After about 40 minutes, place the dough on a floured surface and knead it lightly. It is divided into 2 almost equal parts. One part is divided into 4 more.
Balls are formed and rolled out to the size of a plate.
Each rolled out piece is lined up in a tray smeared with oil, sprinkled with white cheese and do the same with the other three. The crusts are cut into 8 parts, but not to the end.
From each created triangle - crust by crust, it is grabbed and pulled aside and each subsequent one is also pulled at a distance from the previous one.
The other part of the dough is divided into equal balls.
Each ball is stretched out by hand, greased with oil and white cheese and again formed into a ball. They are lined up like a wreath of dough.
Roll out a crust from the rest of the dough, cut out circles and form three of them into a rose.
The roses are arranged in the empty space between the balls.
The pita is then left covered with a towel for about 20 minutes.
Then spread it with an egg yolk and oil, sprinkle it with sesame seeds and bake it at 356°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
