How to cook
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, a pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar. Beat it with a mixer for 13 minutes until a very fluffy mixture is obtained.
Add the sifted flour and with a spatula, stir in one direction only slowly and gently until a smooth and fluffy mixture forms.
In a cake pan with a detachable bottom, line the bottom only with baking paper, without having to grease the cake pan or paper.
Shake the cake pan lightly to flatten the mixture and place it in a preheated 356°F (180 degree) oven and bake it for 25 minutes on medium heat and in that time do not open the oven door.
Once it cool, carefully separate the layers from the walls of the cake pan and unclip them.
