How to cook
Cut the bacon into 3 rectangular pieces.
Put them in a deep bowl, add the sauerkraut juice, cumin, black pepper, pimento and finely chopped garlic and onion.
Leave it to stand for 4 hours.
At the end, bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and boil it for an hour.
Leave it to cool in the marinade, strain it, dry it and hang the pieces in a cool dry place.
