Debone the meat, cut it into cubes and place it in a pot. Chop the green onions and add them as well. Add salt, paprika, vinegar and a little water, then bring to a boil over medium heat.
When some of the water evaporates, add sliced tomatoes and a bit of butter. Finally, add the peppers (which have been pre-toasted and sliced), garlic and a little oil. Top up with more water and cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve this gardener's beef sprinkled with plenty of parsley.
