How to cook
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into 0.4″ (1 cm) thick pieces. Roll each one in flour and arrange them in several rows on top of the caramel.
Mix the eggs with the milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and add the chopped walnuts and hazelnuts.
Pour the mixture over the pumpkin and place pieces of butter on top. Bake them in a moderately heated oven for about 50-60 minutes.
