Ingredients

  • sprat - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • salt
  • egg whites - 2
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • salt - 3 pinches

How to cook

Wash the sprat well. Salt them lightly. Leave them to stand for 10 minutes. Then stick them on toothpicks.

Make a crumbing from the beaten egg whites, flour, water, oil and salt. Dip the fish in crumbing and fry them in oil.
