How to cook
Wash the apples, peel them and remove the core of the apples. Cut them into small cubes and place them in a greased baking pan.
Sprinkle the apple pieces on top with the cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar.
In a bowl, beat the eggs along with the sugar with a mixer. Add the melted butter, oil, vanilla and baking powder. Beat them with a mixer.
Add the flour and beat again with the mixer so that there are no lumps.
Cover the apples with the resulting mixture, place it in the oven at 356°F (180°C) and bake it until it's done.
Check it with a toothpick to see if the apple pie is baked.
When the apple pie is ready, leave it to cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
