How to cook
Wash the mushrooms and blanch them for 1-2 minutes in boiling salted water. Take them out and let them drain well. If necessary, cut them into pieces.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the flour and beat it until you get a thick paste. Add the beer, salt, and pepper to taste. Soak each slice of mushroom in plenty of crumbing and fry in hot oil until browned.
Drain the finished fried mushrooms on paper towels.
