How to cook
Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the yoghurt and gelatin.
Put the mixture on low heat, while stirring it constantly. Once it boils, remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
In a cake pan, arrange the walnuts, raisins, fresh fruit of your choice (or canned fruit), crushed biscuits, pour the cooled mixture on top and sprinkle it again with walnuts and raisins.
Leave the parfait in the refrigerator. When serving, first turn it over in a suitable plate or simply remove the walls of the cake pan.
