How to cook
Make the stuffing first: beat the eggs, mix the yoghurt and milk.
Add the soda along with the flour to the yogurt.
Arrange the filo pastry in a deep baking dish and pre-grease the bottom with oil.
Put two filo pastry sheets to form the bottom, pour the stuffing, again two filo sheets and more stuffing on top. Do this until you run out of products.
Bake the filo pastry at 356°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven until it aquires a golden color.
Bake it slowly because the filo pastry is thick and needs to be baked well.
The uniquely fluffy filo pastry is ready.
