How to cook
In a bowl, crumble the white cheese, add the eggs and yogurt and stir until you have a creamy mixture.
Separately, in a bowl, beat the egg and add the oil and yogurt, salt by taste and beat the mixture until it's smooth.
Take one filo pastry sheet from the opened up package, spread it with the egg and milk mixture, fold it in two and spread it again.
Fold it once more and you get a rectangular strip and smear it with the mixture again. At the top and end put 1 tbsp. of the cheese mixture and form a triangle by folding it several times.
Proceed like this with all of the filo pasty sheets from the package and arrange the finished filo pastries in a tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the filo pastries with the remaining mixture and place the tray in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven and bake them until they aquire a golden color. Quick and juicy breakfast filo pastries for every day.
