How to make
Wash the peppers.
Peel and cut the garlic (each clove into 3 or 4 pieces) and cut the dill.
Arrange the peppers in the jars, pour 5-6 grains of black pepper, 3-4 pieces of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, a large pinch of chopped dill and add water to the top.
Close the jars and store them in a dark and cool place.
