How to cook
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, vanilla, cocoa, baking powder). Mix them well.
Add the mayonnaise to them and mix them again. Finally, add the water.
The batter is slightly thicker than a sponge cake batter.
When the mixture is smooth enough, add the coconut shavings and stir.
Grease a cake pan with oil and pour the sponge cake batter in it. Bake t in a non preheated oven at 320°F (160 degrees) with the fan on for 45 minutes.
Once the cake is ready, leave it to cool, remove it from the cake pan and decorate it with melted chocolate.
