How to cook
Put the yufka briefly in lightly salted boiling water and drain it well. Transfer to a greased tray. In a separate container, beat the eggs, add the crumbled feta cheese and yoghurt that has had the baking soda dissolved in it.
Pour the mixture over the yufka and mix it well. Spread the remaining butter on top of the pieces. Insert the homemade yufka to bake in a preheated moderate oven.
You can serve it warm or cold, and if desired, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
