Grate the apples and squeeze out their juice. Put them in a bowl and mix with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the middle of each phyllo pastry sheet with apples and semolina. Separately, sprinkle it with sugar.
Fold the pastry sheet in 2, put stuffing in the middle again and wrap it into a tight roll. Arrange in a greased baking dish with oil.
Smear the top with oil. Bake it in the oven at 356°F (180 °C) for 25-30 minutes, until browned. When serving, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Enjoy !
