Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar. Add the butter or oil and baking soda dissolved in vinegar. Beat the mixture well and gradually add the flour while continuously beating.

Finally, mix this with the walnuts and fruits that have been drained of excess juices. Put the cake to bake in a greased and lightly floured tray or cake mold. Bake it in a moderately heated oven to full readiness and check it with a stick.

Once finished, let the cake cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar if desired.
