Ingredients

  • flour - 2 2/3 cups (630 g) (high level of gluten)
  • water - 1 2/5 cups (340 ml)
  • yeast - 1 1/5 tsp (6 g)
  • salt - 2 1/3 tsp (12 g)
  • olive oil - 1/5 cup (60 ml)

Preparation

Mix the flour, water, yeast, salt and olive oil and stir until the mixture is homogeneous, leave it to rise and use it in the preparation of pizza or loaves.
