How to cook
Peel the potatoes, cut them and put them to boil until almost done. In a small pan, heat the orange juice and thicken it with starch dissolved in a little water.
Transfer the potatoes with the cup of water in which they were boiled into a pan, season them with salt, black pepper, curry, chili and turmeric.
Add orange sauce, mix them with the breadcrumbs and top them up with another 1/2 cup hot water. Toast for about 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
