How to cook
Cut the beef into small steaks. Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and paprika.
Cut the onions into crescents or leave them whole; cut the green onions and garlic finely. Brush the glass cooking pot with a little oil, arrange the onions, then the meat, top it with green onions and garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika, top up with some wine and tomato juice and continue with a second layer, following the same sequence.
Put lovage leaves on the very top. Close the lid and put to bake for an hour in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven.
