How to cook
Grate the eggs and pickles coarsely into a bowl. Add the olive oil and cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and if need be, season with salt, ground black pepper and 2 chopped garlic cloves.
Serve the salad in a plate, covered with sauce.
