Ingredients

  • bacon - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 8
  • vinegar - 5 tablespoons
  • garlic - 1 - 2 heads

Preparation

The sliced strips of bacon are placed in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drained and fried to a golden color. Pour the beaten in advance eggs over them.

Put the fried eggs in plates and add the crushed garlic, mixed with the vinegar.
