Important! The recipe is very accurate and must be performed without adding more sugar, flour or something else, otherwise you risk the result not being good.
Instead of fresh yeast you can use either 1 packet (7 g) of dry yeast to put in the flour.
The products are placed in the bread maker, in the order in which they are written.
Bake on the Easter bread setting (3 hours and 17 minutes), 750 g, baking H.
Those who do not have a Easter bread setting should use the Sweet Bread setting. Before the last leavening begins (80 minutes after the start of the program and about 2 hours until the end), the Easter bread dough is taken out and is woven.
Place it back into the bread maker and spread it with the beaten egg yolk + 1 tbsp. milk and sprinkle it with granulated sugar.
Then continue the baking.
