Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • spinach - 17.5 oz (500 g) frozen
  • onions - 1/2 bunch fresh
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg

How to cook

Clean, wash and chop the spinach. Stew it with the fresh onions until completely soft, flavour it with spices.

Break the eggs on top, sprinkle it with the spices and stew under cover until the eggs become ready.
