Ingredients

  • broad beans - 2 1/2 cups (600 g) young
  • green onions - 4 - 6 bunches
  • green garlic - 2 bunches
  • tomato juice - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • dill - 2 sprigs, finely chopped
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • oil - 4 - 5 tablespoons

  • flour - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • green plums - 6 - 8

How to cook

Clean the onions and garlic, wash and cut them. Saute them with oil and a little water for a short time.

To them, add the cleaned and washed broad beans, tomato juice and spices. Add 2-3 cups of water and allow to boil until the beans are ready.
