How to cook
Wash the chokeberries and drain them. Mash them in a dish. Boil a thick syrup of sugar and water and place the mashed fruits along with the cinnamon sticks.
Simmer the jam over low heat until it thickens nicely. Finally, mix it with 1 tablespoon of citric acid and remove it from the heat.
After 8-10 minutes, pour it in dry and warm jars while still hot. Close them and store them in a cool place.
