How to cook
Beat the sour cream with the egg using a mixer. Heat oil in a pan and fry the flour until lightly brown. Add the processed cheese and mix well, until melted.
Stir constantly with a whisk and add the cream mixture. Stir on the heat for 2-3 minutes and add salt, black pepper and white pepper.
Serve the sauce with sour cream with baked and fried meat, fish or vegetable dishes.
