Coat the tray in which the pizza will bake in the oven with oil. Spread out the dough, so its edges are raised along the walls of the tray. Mix the oil and paprika in a bowl, smear the resulting blend on the crust.
Top with thin slices of sausage, julienned onions and grated tomato (or tomato juice). Grate the cheese on top and sprinkle it with spices.
Place the pizza in the middle of a preheated oven and grill. Bake at 356°F (180 °C) until it becomes light brown. The resulting pizza should have a diameter of 12″ (30 cm).
