Fried Potatoes with Eggs and Vienna Sausages

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 3, large
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g) crumbled, optional
  • vienna sausages - 1 and 1/2
  • salt
  • paprika - 2 - 3 pinches
  • white pepper - to taste


Peel and slice the potatoes. Beat the eggs with a little seasoning to taste and cut the sausages into small circles. Preheat about 1 finger depth of oil in a sauce pan with high sides and put 1/3 - 1/2 of the potatoes to fry.

Once fried, sprinkle with a little feta cheese, some sausages and add some of the eggs that you've beaten in 1-2 tablespoons of water. Put the lid on and let everything solidify.

Once the eggs are done, remove from the heat and make 1-2 more servings of fried potatoes with eggs and sausages in the same way (depends on the size of the pan).find similar recipes here
